Miette Farrer

Classes: Yoga, Qi gong + Somatic movement

Miette is a movement teacher with a never-ending curiosity for creative practice. Drawing from qi gong, yoga and somatics, Miette’s practice offers a space to reconnect with the body’s inner wisdom and to find a sense of calm through breath, intention and gentle movement. 

 

Working with the Chinese five element theory, she explores how we can cultivate balance in thebody through life’s changing seasons—listening inwards to move outwards. She offers a warm space for freedom and exploration, encouraging an intuitive approach at every breath.
